With his ingenuity, drive, and passion to think beyond the box, Brad has taken Barron by storm since joining the team in 2017. He was quick to shine in each of his roles, spearheading the expansion into full plumbing and electrical services, launching the Barron Technician School – a paid training program that has developed over 30 licensed and certified service technicians, and more. Now as Chief Executive Officer, Brad lives by a servant leadership philosophy—and always with a joke to share. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Washington (go Dawgs!), he spent a number of years as a Professional Engineer before bringing his experience to the Barron Team.
Born and raised in Bellingham, he enjoys spending time outside with his family (wife, three sons + dog) and friends—hiking, boating, skiing, and camping. Brad is a Volkswagen enthusiast and enjoys time behind the wheel of his 1979 Westfalia Camper.
Brad is passionate about giving back to a community that has supported and blessed his family. In addition to philanthropic giving to dozens of non-profit organizations each year including Royal Family Kids, an organization with a mission that foster children experience unconditional love, hope & safety, Barron donates over $50,000 per year in heating a cooling systems for six families in need of these essential services through their Christmas in July and Furnace Fund events.
