Entrepreneur, fisherman, familyman, Founder and President of Se’ Si’ Le, and a Birch Golf Classic board member, Jay Julius truly embodies the title #trailblazer.
Jay, his daughter Teja and son Sequoyah own and manage SJ Seafoods, a wholesale seafood distribution company, as well owning and managing the premium fresh fish and seafood markets at the Roche Harbor and Friday Harbor Marinas on San Juan Island.
Jay founded Se’ Si’ Le, meaning Our Grandmother, to share a deeper understanding of Indigenous histories and worldviews. His nonprofit organization advocates for ancestral knowledge to be integrated into non-tribal policies, projects and partnerships.
